Capitalizing on their years of experience, current and former Southeast elders Matt Chalfant, Jack Coffee and John Foster in conjunction with retired senior minister Bob Russell discuss the secrets of leading a dynamic, growing church while maintaining harmony and unity.
About the elders:
John Foster - retired Procter & Gamble executive, volunteer church Administrator, elder for 16 years (6 years as chairman).
Jack Coffee - retired UPS executive, elder for 25 years, Building Committee chairman for three separate building programs.
Matt Chalfant – entrepreneur, commercial real estate investor, former Youth Sponsor, former chairman of the elders.
